(1) 12 oz Package cocktail wieners, mini sausages/ lil smokies
(1) 12 oz package bacon or turkey bacon, each piece cut into 3 horizontally
3tablespoonsSriracha Hot Sauce
2tablespoonsmaple syrup
Wooden Toothpicks
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (F).
Wrap each cocktail wiener with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Place on a large baking sheet.
In a small bowl combine sriracha and maple syrup. Slather each bacon wrapped dog with Sriracha maple sauce.
Bake for 25-30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until bacon looks cooked and slightly crispy. Turn heat up to broil and cook for another 1-4 minutes, or just until bacon crisps. Serve at once.
