bananas
frozen, if desired

cups (280g)
frozen blueberries

cup (227g)
full-fat Greek yogurt
3/4
cup (171ml)
milk

Tablespoons (30g)
almond butter
1
Tablespoon (20g)
honey
Instructions
Place all ingredients into blender and pulse until smooth.
Divide evenly among two glasses and serve at once!
This recipe can be cut in half to just serve one, or doubled or tripled as needed.
