frozen blueberries

frozen raspberries

frozen blackberries

Friendship dairies cottage cheese

cup
orange juice

tablespoon
ground flax seed

tablespoon
honey
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Place berries, cottage cheese, orange juice, flax seeds, honey and vanilla in a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into glasses and serve at once.
