S’mores Bars:
2 eggs
1 cup European style butter
0.5 cup white sugar
1.5 cup brown sugar
4 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons graham cracker flavor (optional)
2.25 cups flour
1 sleeve (8 crackers total) graham crackers, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
0.25 teaspoon cinnamon
3 cups Mallow Bits (tiny, hot-chocolate-style marshmallows)
2- 4.4 oz Lindt Classic Recipe Milk Chocolate bars
Marshmallow Glaze and Topping:
1.5 cups powdered sugar
pinch of salt
3 tablespoons butter
0.25 cup water
2.25 cups mini marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 full graham crackers, crushed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine eggs, butter, both sugars, vanilla, and graham cracker flavor in a bowl; beat on medium speed about 3 minutes. Turn mixer down and add salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Next, carefully add flour and crushed grahams and increase mixer speed until fully incorporated. Stir in mallow bits by hand.
Lightly spray the bottom of a 9” x 13” glass baking pan. Divide the dough in half and spread one half of it on the bottom of the pan. Next, break the milk chocolate bars into pieces and evenly place onto the dough in the pan. Cover the layer of milk chocolate with the other half of the dough. Bake for 22 minutes. Remove from oven and cool completely.
Combine sugar and salt in a bowl. Melt butter with 0.25 cup water in a pan over medium heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Combine with sugar mixture and add vanilla until completely combined. Pour glaze over bars in pan and sprinkle with the remaining crushed graham crackers.
Cut into bars and enjoy!

We make what we call S’more’s bites. You will need a bag of marshmallows, the large variety, a box of graham crackers, crushed into a powder, and several Lindt Classic Recipe milk chocolate bars.
You start by melting the bars in a double-boiler. You then dip the marshmallows, one at a time, into the chocolate mix. You then roll the chocolate covered marshmallow in the crumbs to fully coat it, then set it aside to dry. Do the whole bag of marshmallows, then start all over and dip them and roll them a second time. The double dipping enhances the flavor of both the chocolate and graham crackers.
