You can find Lindt Chocolate in your favorite retailer, in a Lindt Chocolate Shop near you!
Graham Crackers, Marshmallows, Lindt Milk Chocolate Bar and crushed pistachios! It really balances well and we find that even the salted pistachios give it a nice contrast!
Ok this is simple but it’s soooo good! My husband on a camping trip, taught us this recipe using Lindt Classic Milk Chocolate.
You get a big stick about 3-4 inches in diameter, clean off all the bark smoothing the wood end. ( you can also use non stick foil) you use a rolled biscuit, take one and over the end of the stick, form a type of cup. Hold it over the campfire constantly turning it until it slides off completely cooked. As soon as you can drop some Lindt Classic Milk Chocolate and a few marshmallows. You can add Carmel sauce if you desire. But immediately close up the top of the biscuit and in just a few seconds the chocolate & marshmallow melt inside! It’s like a gourmet pastry s’more!!
Coconut S’mores
Lay graham crackers on baking pan.
Place square of Lindt classic on each.
Plop a large marshmallow on each square.
Slide under the broiler until marshmallow is lightly toasted and gooey to your liking.
Remove from broiler and sprinkle a generous amount of toasted coconut over the marshmallows. Enjoy!
ever since chocolate marshmallows became a reality, we enjoy making an all chocolate s’more…we use chocolate ice box cookie wafers, roasted chocolate marshmallows, and Lindt Classic Recipe Milk Chocolate….so simple but so rich, gooey, melty good!
Graham crackers, classic recipe hazelnut, slices of banana, slices fresh strawberries, fresh coconut, real whipped cream.
I use a kabob stick and put a marshmallow on the stick, I use melted Lindt chocolate (it’s the only chocolate we like) I dip the marshmallow in the chocolate and than dip in graham crackers mashed up. I also use nuts or coconut. They are amazing!
White S’mores
Lindt White Chocolate
White marshmallows
Vanilla Wafers
Toast marshmallow — place piece of white chocolate on a vanilla wafer — top with the toasted marshmallow and finish with a second vanilla wafer… Pure chocolate heaven!
Unicorn S’mores
Any marshmallow recipe (Food Network has one) or even Marshmallow Fluff, seperate into 3 or 4 bowls and use any color combination you like (purple, blue, pink) or you could even use more colors of feeling particularly ambitious!
Separate and color before you leave you mallows to set up then take different colors and dollop around your pan (or stick each color side by side in a piping bag if using fluff), swirl together slightly with a toothpick.
Add sprinkles and candies and leave your marshmallows to setup. Cut into squares, top your graham cracker and use a torch to slightly melt and top with another cookie.
Melt some chocolate and dip your sandwiches halfway, add more sprinkles (opitional). Enjoy!
Alternatively you could color your chocolate and use premade marshmallows. You could also do this in addition to making your own marshmallows! Get really crazy and use freeze dried fruit powders to flavor your chocolate (and/or your marshmallows)!
Example: Strawberry marshmallows dunked in dark chocolate-chocolate covered strawberry s’more! Or simply melt white chocolate and add powdered blueberries and a little blue food color to dip your s’more in! Endless flavor possibilities!

S’mores Remix Shortcake!
Ingredients:
For Biscuits
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
¼ cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
¾ cup unsalted butter, cold
1 cup buttermilk
Heavy cream
For Raspberry Filling
1 ½ cups frozen raspberries
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoons corn starch
For S’mores Filling
Lindt Classic Recipe Milk Chocolate
Mini marshmallows
Shredded coconut, sweetened
Directions:
For Biscuits
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. In a food processor or blender (I used my Ninja!), add the flour, graham cracker crumbs, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Pulse until combined.
3. Cut the cold butter into cubes and add to the food processor. Pulse until you have a combined, crumby mixture.
4. Pour mixture into a bowl, add buttermilk, and mix with spoon until combined.
5. Transfer to parchment paper, and use your hands to create a ball of dough. Be sure not to over knead the dough. We don’t want tough, shrunken biscuits.
6. Roll the dough to about 1/2 inch thickness. Cut to the desired size with a biscuit cutter.
7. Place biscuits on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat. Ensure that the biscuits are touching side by side. They will cling to each other as the bake and rise higher!
8. Brush the tops of the biscuits with heavy cream. This will give them a beautiful golden brown color.
9. Bake for 17 minutes or until golden brown.
For Raspberry Filling
1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
2. Let cool. If your sauce is still runny, it will thicken as it cools.
Assembling Your Shortcakes
1. Cut the biscuits in half.
2. Between each half, add a layer of raspberry filling, chocolate, marshmallows, and coconut.
3. I use my culinary torch to melt the chocolate and toast the marshmallow. But another alternative is to place both in the microwave before adding to the biscuits.
4. Garnish with fresh raspberries and powdered sugar!
Enjoy! 🙂
