I use honey graham crackers and 3 different kinds of chocolate for different taste
The Smore-Apple pie!
Combine in the classic smore way:
CLASSIC RECIPE Caramel with Sea Salt
Thin slice of cooked apple
Marshmallow
Graham crackers
And you can interchange the fruit ingredient to your liking; maraschino cherry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry, peach, mango, etc.
Classic milk chocolate with banana and pecans as the crunch instead of Graham crackers, with marshmallows!
Double Chocolate S’mores ice cream cone
For my daughter’s graduation party, I pre-made smores by filling a chocolate ice cream cone with mini marshmallows, Lindt Classic Recipe Caramel with Sea Salt pieces, Classic Recipe White Chocolate pieces and then topped each cone with a 2 piece square of Classic Recipe Milk Chocolate (I added a yellow icing tassel to make it look like a mortarboard, but you can skip that part if it’s not a graduation party!) I rolled up the cones in foil and then the guests put them into the fire to toast them, removing them with long handled tongs. They were a delicious hit!
By the way, I used a chocolate WAFFLE ice cream cone!
Create a classic s’more, but substitute the chocolate with a peanut butter cup for ease, or use peanut butter and a high quality chocolate like Lindt. Yum!
I make an amazing s’mores dip!!
1 1/2 Cups Your choice of Lintz Classic Recipe Chocolates, chopped
1 14oz can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 Cup Marshmallow Crème
1 Box Honey Graham Cracker Sticks
1. In a microwave safe bowl, combine chocolate and condensed milk. Microwave for 1-2 minutes stirring occasionally until smooth. Pour into a glass pie dish.
2. Drop marshmallow in spoonfuls randomly over the chocolate. Microwave 30 seconds or until marshmallow is soft, take a knife and swirl the marshmallow into the chocolate to create a marbled effect.
3. Serve with graham cracker sticks or cookies of your choice. Enjoy!!
use chocolate chip cookies instead of graham crackers to make triple chocolate smores..yumm!
spicy smore’s- use cinnamon graham crackers & add a dash of cayenne over the chocolate to make the best spicy smore’s!
Lindt CLASSIC RECIPE Hazelnut chocolate, strawberries, caramel, toasted marshmallows, between two graham crackers- simple and delicious!
You will need:
graham crackers
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted and cooled.
1 Lindt milk chocolate bar
1 Lindt pretzel bar.
1 bag marshmallows (preferable the small ones)
Crush 1 package graham crackers. Add 1/4 sugar and melted butter. Mix well. Press into bottom of an oven safe dish with low (not more than 1 1/2 inch) sides. Place in fridge to set. Melt the milk chocolate bar. Spread over cooled crust. Turn oven on, set to low broil. Make a layer of small marshmallows over the milk chocolate. Break up a chocolate pretzel bar but do not place onto marshmallows yet. Make sure that the marshmallows are in a single layer over the base. Place in the oven and watch carefully. As soon as the marshmallow have reached you preferred state of ‘roastiness’ remove and sprinkle immediately with the chopped pretzel bar. Slice and enjoy. For easier slicing, place the knife in hot water for 10 – 15 seconds, then wipe dry before cutting.
P.S. If you only have large marshmallows, dip your knife or scissor blades into powdered sugar as you cut them up. It will help keep down the sticky.
