First you are going to mix a brownie mix making cookie texture half the liquid now stir in bits of Lindt hazelnut chocolate pieces that you have cut or broke in a bag and bits of caramel Lindt. Add some chai seeds. You are going to carefully watch because you’re going to put these on a cookie sheet -this should make two copkie sheets or cut sheet in half when baked and cool.and make them so flat and so thin making them a cookie texture you’re going to add in a bowl marshmallow fluff and avocado chopped up-addcinnamon and ginger in.. When the brownie cookie mix chills you are going to let cool and then spread a layer of the marshmallow fluff avocado mix.Now drizzle a bit of honey on or you can stir it in mix.. then put the other half of the cookie brownie cookie mix that you baked on top making it like a s’more. Now you can stop here or go wild and cut into pieces and drop into a waffle bowl… Drizzle with more plain marshmallow fluff.honey and caramel Lindt bits and serve
Deep Fried Smores
You will need:
Puff pastry (or filo pastry), rolled out and cut into equal squares
Lindt classic recipe milk chocolate bar, divided
Marshmallow creme or fluff
Crushed Graham crackers
Canola oil heated to about 375F
Crushed Graham crackers
Crushed pretzels (optional)
First take your squares of puff pastry and place 1 small square of Lindt classic recipe milk chocolate. Top that with 1-1/2tsp marshmallow creme or fluff (a mini marshmallow would work too) and sprinkle on your crushed crackers and optional pretzels. Use another pastry square and top off your Smore. SEAL YOUR EDGES WELL WITH A FORK OR EGG WASH THE EDGES OF THE BOTTOM SQUARE AND PRESS THE TOP AND BOTTOM SQUARE TOGETHER FIRMLY! Place a couple in the oil at a time and fry on each side until golden brown.
Disregard the 2nd listing for crushed Graham crackers that was an oops; and also “drop a couple at a time into the oil”. Not entirely relevant to the recipe but my former phrasing bothered me nonetheless. Thank you.
Use a chocolate graham cracker, a toasted marshmallow, Lindt’s dark chocolate and a cinnamon graham cracker. Easy Breezy and delicious!

ANYTIME ANYWAY LINDT S’MORES
I have been making “special” Lindt Smores for ages! I melt down Lindt white and dark chocolates, mix fresh strawberry preserves, raspberry preserves, or orange preserves, whichever my children choose. I then let them reset(get solid again) in a parchment papered pan. I layer Honey Grahams in the bottom of a larger pan, layer with the reset fruity bars, mini marshmallows and coconut. Then top with more grahams. I bake them at 350°F until the marshmallows puff up and turn slightly golden around the edges. I take them out and push the grahams down and then bake for 10 minutes longer. After they are taken out of the oven I cut along the graham square lines and transfer to a cooling rack. I melt a couple bars of Lindt (whatever flavor the kids have chosen) and drizzle over the tops. They look wonderful! Taste AMAZING…& are so easy to change up making your own flavor profiles you and your loved ones prefer!! Best thing is…you can make these year around regardless of the season!!! No fire pit or BBQ needed

White chocolate mascarpone s’mores
Ingredients:
* Honey Maid Graham Cracker Squares
* Lindt Classic Recipe White Chocolate
* Mascarpone cheese spread
* Kraft’s Jet Puffed Marshmallows
* Blueberries, cranberries, and/or strawberry slices
Instructions:
Break the graham crackers into two equal sized squares. Top one cracker with Lindt classic Recipe White Chocolate. Place a rounded tablespoon of mascarpone cheese on the chocolate, spreading it close to the edge. Place your favorite fruit, (I prefer cranberries, strawberries or blueberries) into the mascarpone. You could go wild and use all 3! Top with a fresh, hot toasted marshmallow and cover with a graham cracker square. Let cool for a minute, but enjoy it while it’s still warm, gooey and delicious.
Note: I prefer authentic, over the fire, toasted marshmallows but you may toast these in a pan or broil the marshmallow, then top with the second graham cracker square.
It’s a simple enough recipe for camping, yet tasty enough for a romantic fireside evening with your love. Enjoy!

3) While cone is toasting, roast marshmallow to golden brown.
4) Remove cone away from fire (careful might be hot to touch!) and place toasty marshmallow on top of melted chocolate.
