Hi friends! And Happy Friday! Today I’m super excited to share with you a little recap of the AMAZING S.Pellegrino Live Off The Menu Event I was lucky enough to attend last week. The event was hosted by S.Pellegrino at the very cool Bath House Studios (located in the East Village), and it was definitely one of the best nights I’ve had in a while! I mean, what girl doesn’t love getting dolled up, throwing on a fancy dress, and meeting a bunch of her blogging buddies for a night of dancing, drinking, and eating —- errr, I mean, working.

The theme of this fabulous S.Pellegrino party was LIVE OFF THE MENU, and oh-boy did we ever. So what does it mean to live off the menu? I’m sure every guest left with a different definition. But for me, it meant living boldly –  and freely – with every sip, bite, and dance move. I loved the quirky twists the S.Pellegrino party staff put on the classic Italian themed appetizers, cocktails, and decor, and I left feeling inspired to live a little more OFF the menu myself. Yes – I have some very fun Italian inspired recipes coming up SOON 🙂 Do you guys love Italian food as much as we do?! I sure hope so!

Speaking of food, I have to tip my hat – and send a big huge thank you – to the chef who filled our bellies with course after course of wonderfully prepared food – and made all of the girls at the table giggle and grin just a bit… Chef Michael Voltaggio —————-> Super chef!!! Actually, Top Chef to be exact. He won season 6 of the show, and mah heart!

The way to my <3 is apparently a plate full-a short ribs 😉 Nom.

The dinner was served on a gorgeous rooftop, and every little detail was absolute perfection! They even played a movie projected off of the wall… I’m pretty sure it was La Dolce Vita, but I’m not 100%.
