Creamy, spicy, and incredibly flavorful Sriracha Mac and Cheese!
Hello my friends! Happy National Macaroni and Cheese Day!!!
↑ Yes, totally a real thing. To celebrate this delicious holiday, I’ve teamed up with my friends over at the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board to bring you my personal favorite mac and cheese variety: Sriracha Mac and Cheese!
Each bite is creamy, crunchy, cheesy nirvana and I just know you’re going to love it!
Made with Wisconsin cheddar, colby-monterey jack, sriracha sauce, panko bread crumbs and fresh scallions, this mac and cheese is exploding with flavor, texture and personality! The best part? It’s so easy to make! Start to finish I’d say this dish takes 30 minutes MAX. Meaning you can enjoy this comforting meal any night of the week. My boyfriend fell in love with this sriracha mac and cheese the first time I made it… so let’s just say it’s on regular rotation in our house 😉 Add a simple side salad and dinner is DONE.
P.S. This sriracha mac and cheese is definitely on the spicier side, so unless you have a little one that loves heat, this one may be for adults only 😉 You can also cut the sriracha is half for a more mild version!
