Hey, sweet friends!
I have no recipe for you today. Buuuuuut! Let’s not allow that to keep us from each other. I love you in my Fridays. So, how about a little Friday field trip? Let’s boogie!
Today we’re off on a Coney Island Adventure !!! Which, by the way, apparently isn’t actually an island at all. Well, not anymore. It totally was at some point. Now it’s just a peninsula hanging off the edge of Brooklyn. Oh, yeah, we just got educational and stuff.
The beach is definitely the best part of this place, so here’s some of my favorite shots from our long walk up and down it.
The beach here is certainly crowded in the Summer. So many strange and beautiful people in one place. It makes me feel extra human.
Since I (we?) are food obsessed folks, I saved the best for last! A quick taste of what we delighted in on our trip.
We ended the day with ice cold Brooklyn beers and a ball game. Life is good.
Here’s wishing you a great looooong weekend, friends! xo
