Happy New Year’s (eve), everyone!

As I sit here reflecting on the past year (and trying to figure out what in the heck to wear tonight…), I can’t help but feel a tremendous amount of gratitude to each and every single person who has visited my blog in 2014. This year has been, in short, life changing. Also, the best year of my life. But that’s another post entirely.

Tonight I just want to say hi and thank you and I really hope 2015 is your best year ever, too.

Also, Refreshing Raspberry Champagne Sparklers!!! Because if New Year’s Eve doesn’t = pink delicious boozy bubbly dranks… then when?!

These pretty fizzy champagne drinks call for just two ingredients, but I recommend grabbing fresh raspberries, making it three. But still, not bad, right?! Also, no martini shaker needed. Thank the lord for less dishes!

You’re simply going to add 2 tablespoons of Chambord to a champagne flute (or, um, if you’re like me and can’t find any… a wine glass)… top with bubbly (I’d love to say this was real French champagne but um, nooooo, it wasn’t; prosecco or cheap brut will work just fine)…

And toss in some razzieberries!!! They’re a drag to hunt down this time of year, but totally worth it for pretty points alone.
