Oh heeeey there. It’s me here… with these salty, crunchy, caramel loaded two-bite brownies for you. It’s really no biggie. These treats are SO easy to make, and even easier to eat!
But the thing is… they’re going to change your life FOREVER! The rich, chewy, chocolatey brownie base + salted caramel sauce + crunchy salty pretzels >>> IT’S MAGICAL!
The brownie batter comes together in ONE BOWL, and the salted caramel sauce couldn’t be easier! I use my 6-Minute Small Batch Salted Caramel Sauce recipe here and it’s just awesome! No thermometer needed. And it makes just enough! If you’re really against making your own caramel at home, I reckon you could also melt down those little individually wrapped caramels they sell in the baking aisle – just be sure and add a touch of cream. Up to you!
You may use any pretzels you like, but I highly recommend finding tiny ones so they fit on top of the Salted Caramel Pretzel Crunch Brownie Bites. I found these in the chip aisle and they were labeled “teenies”. I think the brand is Snyder, but not 100%. Also, if you’re not looking for a ton of salty flavor, you may want to buy unsalted pretzels. I used a lightly salted variety and found it was flavored perfect, but I tend to favor heavily salted sweets. If you want just a touch of saltiness, go for unsalted 😉
So many ridiculously awesome flavors packed into these two bite treats —> You just gotta make them! Bite number one will have your mouth doing a happy dance… bite number two will have you reaching for another. That’s a promise.
Luckily this recipe makes about 40 brownie bites, so there’s plenty to go around 😉
I hope you love these decadent little treats as much as we do!
They’re a breeze to bake up, insanely easy to eat (almost too easy… bordering on dangerously easy, ya know?!), and travel like a dream! The caramel will set after a few minutes, so don’t be afraid to make these for holiday parties, gift baskets, and cookie exchanges. You’ll be a hit! 😉 xoxo

- Stir in flour; do not overmix.
- Scoop batter into prepared pans, filling each mold 3/4 of the way full.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 16 minutes or until brownies spring back when touched; repeat with remaining brownie batter.
- Spoon a teaspoon of cooled caramel sauce on top of each brownie. Press a pretzel down on top of the caramel. Cool brownies until caramel is set.
