One bowl. Well, two actually… including the icing.
But seriously; you are two bowls away from having chocolate cupcakes.
You should make these because it’s Friday; Friday is a perfect reason for cupcakes.
Share them with someone. Or don’t…
I didn’t share today. I was grumpy. And hungry. Whatevs.
Wait, sharing with you counts… right?
It does. yes yes. I made these for you.
For us. I like you guys like that.
Really. I do.
I do, really.
Guess what else I did? Again, totally for US.
…I skipped the gym.
I skipped yoga, too.
Then ate 3 of these chocolate buttercream beauties; just to make sure they were good enough to share with you.
Then I ate one more; just to be extra positive they were delightful and perfectly indulgent.
FYI- dancing around your kitchen while baking does burn calories; if you worry about those type of things.
Who needs a firm tush anyways?
I ignore things like this; denial is a lovely little island I live on. I have no future plans of moving; I quite like it here.
Come sail away with me.
Here at Denial Island we serve cupcakes whenever you please.
