Other than the fact that the recipe instructions have a couple of errors (4 vs 2 ramekins and “add vanilla” instead of “add Grand Marnier” I highly recommend this recipe. I’m hoping the extra 2 servings will bake up okay another day. These were a perfect dessert for Valentine’s Day.

Very confused by this recipe! The notes say you need 4 ramekins but the instructions say to prepare 2 although there is obviously way too much batter for only 2. The instructions also say to mix in the vanilla, but there is no vanilla in the ingredients list so I assumed it was supposed to say Grand Marnier. Assuming this is just a lack of editing of the recipe so I suggest you make the appropriate changes. I mixed it up and will see how it turns out. Probably should have stuck with the Easy Molten Chocolate Lava Cake for Two recipe!

These are wonderful!!! Easy to make. And work well with gluten free flour. Really good with vanilla bean ice cream.

The baking time (or the oven temperature) was too high… my cakes weren’t running. I’m disappointed. But the recipe stays good.

Quick question – When making ahead of time, do you put in the refrigerator once in the ramekins? How long do you take them out ahead of time before baking?

Congratulations!!! All the best to your and your fiancé! By the way, as I live in Australia (in the tropical far north, Great Barrier Reef territory!), it’s currently fall/winter here, so pumpkin recipes sound just lovely! But, I must admit, our “winter” is kind of, not really that cold (80f or 27c today!). Still… it’s cold to us!!! Once again… CONGRATULATIONS!!!
