Ultimate Banana Split S’mores:
Serves 4
8 sheets of Honey Graham Crackers
12 SmashMallow Toasted Coconut Pineapple Snacking Marshmallows
2 T Strawberry Jam or Preserves
1/2 Banana, sliced thin
1 Lindt Hazelnut Classic Recipe Bar, broken into individual rectangles
Set oven to low broil.
Spread 1/2 T jam on inside of four sheets of graham crackers. Top each cracker with a row of five banana slices. Top each banana slice with one rectangle of Lindt chocolate.
Place remaining four graham cracker sheets on broiler safe sheet. Place three Smashmallows in row on each graham cracker sheet. Place under broiler for about a minute, until lightly toasted and slightly melted. WATCH CLOSELY, as these burn easily!
Sandwich a marshmallow cracker on top of a Lindt topped cracker. Repeat with remaining crackers. ENJOY!!

My favorite s’more style item is below:
Ingredients —
vanilla or lemon pizzelle cookies
lindt white chocolate bar
toasted marshmallow
raspberries soaked overnight in chambord
These are built like classic smores with the berries between the chocolate and marshmallow.
If you’re serving kids you can skip soaking the raspberries.
